Employer Responsibilities Under Covered California

You may have already received information about notifying employees of the new state exchange (Covered California) under the ACA (Affordable Care Act), but I want to pass this information on as a reminder and resource for you.  The CA exchange is slated to open October 1, 2013 so employee notifications need to follow the provided guidelines.  See email forwarded below.
