Kelli A. Fletcher Biography

Kelli A. FletcherI am a fourth generation San Diegan and very proud to be a small business owner and offer help to the families and small businesses that call San Diego their home.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in English from San Diego State University in 1994.

My background in customer service and account management began when I worked for Oakley Government Sales.  I sold Oakley specific eyewear and footwear to military and government accounts worldwide.   I was the office manager and accounts manager from 1996 – 2006.  The emphasis on putting the customer first while providing them with a superior product was backbone of the business.  These skills formed my strong attention to the customers needs and desire to help them meet their needs in any way possible.

I became owner and office manager of Eric B. Fuller, Inc. in 2002 when my husband formed the life and health insurance agency.  I spent ten years providing office support, learning about the industry and yes, starting a family of three children.   With more time on my hands and the desire to work I became licensed and in 2012 I obtained my life and health license.  I am licensed in the state of California and Arizona.

My children are now all in school and my skills of multi tasking, handling unplanned situations, balancing schedules and paying attention to details have been sharpened to a fine point.  These life skills transfer nicely to my work as president of Eric B. Fuller, Inc., which I became in 2011.

My priority is helping people and getting it done in a respectful, professional and timely manner.  The industry of insurance provides an opportunity to educate and help others in the event of an unplanned event such as a sickness, accident or loss of life.  It makes me happy to see people feel more empowered with knowledge knowing that they have chosen a policy that not only can protect them, but may even help save some money in the process.
